Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Control Room Associate to manage inbound and outbound inventory in our ERP system. You will execute purchase orders and ensure accuracy of materials including finished goods and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and coordinating with interdepartmental teams. A high school diploma or GED is required, with forklift certification preferred. This position is onsite and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 Years – Experience in Position.
• 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ERP to manage inbound/outbound inventory operations.
• Create purchase orders and process loads (recycle/destruction).
• Maintain finished goods, raw materials, and sub-assembly components per guidelines.
• Verify inventory transactions in ERP (Oracle).
• Execute material movements and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Organize warehouse storage and daily reporting of balances.
