Job summary

Indian River State College in Florida is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain accuracy and accountability of college assets across multiple campuses. You will register assets in the ERP system, perform daily counts, and support transfers and disposals.

This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently while upholding grant and non-grant inventories. You will generate reports, track tagged goods, and help ensure efficient asset stewardship across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of related inventory experience.
• Strong analytical and audit skills for discrepancy resolution.
• Knowledge of supply chain functions and inventory control.
• Experience with asset tagging and ERP-based inventory.
• Valid Florida driver's license and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily inventory across campuses and satellite locations.
• Data entry of received goods in ERP system.
• Maintain accurate records of property, assets, and tagged goods.
• Track inventory movements between campuses and departments.
• Keep records of surplus items and auction inventory.
• Submit reports on lost, misplaced, moved, and damaged inventory.
• Provide inventory write-off reports to department head and CFO.
