Indian River State College seeks an Inventory Coordinator to maintain asset accuracy across multiple campuses. You will track inventory, register assets in ERP, coordinate transfers, and support stewardship of grant and non-grant property. Detail-oriented, organized, and independent workers are encouraged to apply.

The role involves daily counts, record-keeping, and collaboration with campus teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence across IRSC’s Treasure Coast campuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years related experience.
• Analytical abilities to investigate/audit and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Knowledge of supply chain functions and duties.
• Experience with receiving, asset tagging and inventory management.
• Detail oriented with the ability to perform tasks accurately.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Strong communications skills.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Suites.

Responsabilités

• Register assets in ERP system with minimal supervision.
• Conduct daily inventory counts across campuses and satellite locations.
• Provide daily inventory reports for property and asset tagged goods.
• Maintain records of grant and non-grant funded inventory and surplus items.
• Assist in inventory counts, fixed assets, and disposal of surplus property.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and relocations between locations.
• Make timely and accurate inventory adjustments.
