Job summary

EBizCharge and Century Business Solutions, based in Irvine, CA, seeks a Product Owner to lead ERP integration initiatives and drive agile delivery across cross‑functional teams. You will shape the integration roadmap, coordinate with developers, UX/UI, QA, and leadership, and ensure timely deployment of new and existing product integrations.

You will coach teams in agile ceremonies, manage prioritization, and serve as the SME for product questions, including customer training and issue

Qualifications

ERP integration experience of 2+ years.
2+ years of running Agile ceremonies (Scrum) or acting as PM/Owner.
2+ years using Jira; configuring boards, reports, tracking.
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
On-site work in Irvine, California required.

Responsibilities

Define and promote the vision for existing and new product integrations.
Scope, prioritize, and manage integration projects from inception to deployment.
Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and leadership to refine solutions.
Lead Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Groomings, Sprint Plannings, Standups, Retrospectives.
Lead troubleshooting calls with customers as needed and train stakeholders on features.
Provide SME guidance for product questions from internal and external sources.
Troubleshoot and prioritize reported issues for timely resolution.
Update process flow docs and training guides for the team.
