Job summary

EBizCharge and Century Business Solutions in Irvine, CA is seeking a QA Engineer I to translate product requirements into test cases and assist with testing for multiple complex B2B software projects. The role focuses on ensuring quality across ERP/CRM integrations and payment workflows, with on-site work required.

You will develop tests, participate in test planning, document defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality releases.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
0-2 years hands-on manual and automation testing experience.
Experience with payment or accounting systems testing preferred.
Experience in Scrum/Agile environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong collaboration skills.
Onsite work is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement test plans, cases, scripts and reports for multiple software projects.
Help establish best practices to optimize quality control and release processes.
Liaise with product owners, developers, UX designers, support and writers.
Document defects with clear quantitative and qualitative findings.
Track QA metrics and monitor issue resolution progress.
Ensure final product meets defined requirements and user expectations.
Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies.
