Job summary

Bryan College of Health Sciences seeks an experienced ERP Systems Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance its ERP ecosystem across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain modules. You will design integrations, automate workflows, configure systems, and ensure secure, reliable data flows between Workday/Infor/SAP environments and third-party applications.

Responsibilities include building ETL pipelines, managing API connections (REST/SOAP), and maintaining data integrity with auditing and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
May substitute with four or more years of direct ERP systems experience.
Minimum of three years of experience working with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides application and technical support for ERP systems, including implementations, upgrades, and go-live activities.
Designs, builds, and maintains integrations between ERP and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
Builds and monitors ETL/ELT pipelines and ensures data accuracy across systems.
Configures security roles and access controls.
Creates reports and supports auditing and security reviews.
Translates user requests into functional specifications with minimal customization.
