Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Consulting Services Project Manager to coordinate BisTrack projects for building supply and distribution customers, from signed SOW through implementation, go-live, and transition to Support.

You will manage multiple projects and work with customers, consultants, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to keep delivery organized and on track. Strong communication and a proactive mindset are required, with the ability to handle shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in project coordination or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 10-15 concurrent customer projects (implementations, upgrades, add-ons).
• Coordinate projects from SOW to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Maintain project plans, docs, action items, and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with customers, consultants, sponsors, and internal teams to align workstreams.
• Support projects of varying size and complexity across SMB to enterprise.
• Learn BisTrack processes and collaborate with colleagues.
