Index InfoTech in Houston, TX, is seeking a seasoned Professional Services - Kinetic Project Manager to lead Epicor ERP implementations from planning through delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, run steering committee and status calls, escalate issues, and ensure adherence to the Epicor methodology.

Requirements include 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in PM, PMP preferred; Epicor ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 5+ years of project management and industry experience preferred.
• PMP Certification or any similar certification is preferred.
• Epicor implementation experience is a plus but any other ERP implementation Project Management experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program or project management from inception to project closure.
• Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Change Requests, Project Lists) and use them to execute activities.
• Maintain control of project schedule, resources, budget and scope.
• Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved requirements.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and regular customer status calls; respond to requests promptly.
• Interact with cross-functional teams; handle medium to large-size projects.
• Adhere strictly to Epicor implementation methodology.
• Escalate project issues to senior management when needed.
