Job summary

E6, Milwaukee area, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business users, technology, developers, and external partners. He/she will drive discovery, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable specs for ERP environments.

You'll work hands-on from initial discovery through implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success criteria, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience writing requirements and functional documentation.
• Experience with software testing, test scripts, and/or UAT.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating projects, vendors, or external development resources.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business users to understand operational challenges, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, desired outcomes, and success criteria.
• Help users identify opportunities they may not have previously considered.
• Evaluate whether a need can be addressed through existing IFS functionality, process improvement, configuration, custom development, or third-party solutions.
• Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process documentation, and related project materials.
