Qualifications

• 4–6 years of management or technology consulting with Finance process analysis and ERP transformation experience.

• Strong knowledge of finance processes, challenges, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to perform client project duties independently and collaboratively.

We are seeking a strategic thinker and consultant with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Finance transformation be a key contributor to engagements across business process assessment, technology strategy, organizational readiness, and software implementation advisory. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to apply their ERP and Finance transformation project experience to a broader strategic context, helping clients navigate complex decisions, align technology with mission, and drive meaningful change. This is not an implementer role, it’s about shaping the vision and guiding the journey. As such, your ERP and Finance experience is valued, but your broader strategic thinking, and ability to cultivate strong client relationships is what drives success.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide ERP Readiness and Advisory: Conduct assessments, develop roadmaps, and advise clients on ERP-related decisions within broader transformation efforts.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment: Lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to surface priorities and build consensus.
• Collaborate Across Practices: Partner with delivery teams in ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics to ensure strategic coherence.
• Contribute to Practice Growth: Support methodology development, thought leadership, and internal capability building.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in management or technology consulting, with material client project experience in Finance business process analysis and ERP transformation (e.g., current state assessment, software selection, software implementation).
• Previous employment as a management or technology consultant at a recognized professional services organization.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Finance business processes, common challenges, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to perform client project duties independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of and material client project experience with Workday or Oracle Finance strongly preferred.
• ERP certification in Workday or Oracle Finance is preferred.
• Experience working with mission-driven sectors such as higher education, nonprofit, and state and local is preferred.
• Experience supporting business development efforts such as proposal writing and sourcing new business for existing clients is preferred.

• Experience supporting sales and business development
• Position requires flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Salary Range

$125,000 - $140,000 USD
