DualEntry Business Corporation is looking for an ERP Implementations Lead to join their New York City HQ. In this intense role, you will manage customer relationships and ensure successful ERP implementations. This position offers a unique opportunity in a fast-paced startup environment, where your contributions directly influence product developments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and 3-6 years of ERP implementation experience, especially with a CPA or audit background. Compensation includes a competitive salary and equity options.

As our ERP Implementations Lead, you’ll be owning relationships with our customers and working alongside the growing CX team to deliver the best‑in‑class customer experience from onboarding to go‑live and beyond.

This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center

Where you'll create impact

• You’ll own end-to-end ERP implementations and long‑term customer relationships

• You’ll deliver best‑in‑class onboarding, go‑live execution, and ongoing CX excellence

• You’ll collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback

• You’ll establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards

• You’ll challenge the status quo of what world‑class ERP customer success looks like

• You’ll drive outcomes that meaningfully accelerate customer adoption and satisfaction

• Strong preference for an accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 is a major plus)

• Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance workflows, and implementation best practices

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $35,000 – $60,000

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

• Commission: $10,000 – $25,000
