Keel in Ladson, SC seeks an Enterprise Technology Project Manager to lead IFS 10 ERP initiatives, provide hands‑on support, maintenance, and optimization, and align technology with business needs. You will drive system improvements, train users, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

The role requires strong project management skills, ERP experience, and the ability to translate business requests into practical IT solutions. Some travel between facilities is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing technical or IT projects.
• Experience supporting, administering, or improving ERP systems in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data.
• Ability to partner with users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to balance operational support with project delivery.
• Experience with IFS Applications 10 or IFS Cloud; ERP integrations, reporting, upgrades, or major enhancements; cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and modern project methodologies; certifications such as PMP or ITIL preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary SME for the IFS 10 ERP environment, investigating issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Partner with departments to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable system enhancements and evaluate feasibility, value, and risk.
• Monitor changes and support continuous improvement of ERP processes.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation; deliver training sessions.
• Act as liaison among business teams, IT, vendors, and consultants; ensure solution alignment.
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and closeout; manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Document future requirements and support planning for IFS Cloud migration.
