Harbinger Motors in California seeks a Manager, Financial Systems & ERP to own the financial systems environment, optimizing and integrating systems that support Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and reporting. This hands-on role focuses on configuring systems, solving integration challenges, and automating Finance processes to scale growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ERP/financial systems experience.
• NetSuite admin/config including workflows, reporting, roles and permissions, and integrations.
• Coupa: hands-on experience supporting procurement and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes.
• Experience integrating ERP and other financial systems.
• Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, and automation projects.
• Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Harbinger’s ERP and financial systems.
• Design and improve workflows across Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and procure-to-pay.
• Build and maintain integrations across the Finance technology stack.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Maintain data integrity, access controls, documentation, and system-driven reporting.
• Support financial systems controls and SOX.
• Manage system vendors and provide user training and support.
