• Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, and automation projects.
• Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

Job Overview

The Manager, Financial Systems & ERP owns Harbinger’s financial systems environment, responsible for administering, optimizing, and integrating the systems that support Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and cross‑functional teams to improve processes, automate workflows, and build scalable financial infrastructure to support Harbinger’s growth.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys configuring systems, solving complex integration challenges, and improving Finance processes through technology.

What You’ll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high‑growth, manufacturing, or automotive environment.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance
• Experience with multi‑entity financial environments.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, SuiteScript, Python, or other automation tools.

$140,000—$170,000 USD
