Job summary

Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking a Manager of Financial Systems & ERP to own and optimize the company’s ERP and financial systems, supporting Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and reporting.

This hands-on role focuses on configuring systems and automating workflows to sustain Harbinger's growth. You will lead system enhancements from requirements through testing and deployment, maintain data integrity and access controls, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering ERP and financial systems.
• Strong hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience, including workflows, reporting, roles and permissions, and integrations.
• Coupa: Hands-on experience supporting procurement and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes.
• Experience integrating ERP and other financial systems.
• Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, and automation projects.
• Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

Job Overview

The Manager, Financial Systems & ERP owns Harbinger's financial systems environment, responsible for administering, optimizing, and integrating the systems that support Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, automate workflows, and build scalable financial infrastructure to support Harbinger's growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys configuring systems, solving complex integration challenges, and improving Finance processes through technology.
