Job summary

Accelerant seeks a Business Engagement Lead – Finance Operations to bridge Finance leadership and Technology, shaping demand, guiding roadmaps, and delivering solutions aligned to business outcomes.

You will own Finance product roadmaps, translate needs into clear requirements, and partner with delivery teams to ensure measurable benefits. Strong ERP/EPM familiarity and finance transformation experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business engagement, product management, or finance–technology partnerships.
• Experience owning business outcomes for Finance while partnering with tech delivery.
• Exposure to ERP/EPM and finance transformation programs.
• Credentials such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted interface for Finance Operations and Technology.
• Capture requirements and translate them into actionable product backlogs.
• Own Finance product roadmaps and align initiatives with enterprise strategy.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure measurable business benefits.
• Engage Finance leadership and govern outcomes across workstreams.
