Job summary

University of Missouri seeks an ERP Module Lead to drive the ERA implementation and provide functional leadership for pre-award research administration across four campuses and health system. You will document requirements, redesign processes, lead testing, and coordinate adoption with stakeholders.

In this role, you will own ERA integrations, manage data mapping, and support go-live and continuous improvement within a cloud ERP context, reporting to the ERP Pillar Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in pre-award research administration or sponsored programs.
• Knowledge of cloud ERP implementations and data integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own ERA implementation workstreams with focus on pre-award functionality and processes.
• Coordinate requirements, redesign processes, and prepare for campus adoption.
• Lead testing, training, and change management activities across campuses.
