Job summary
Orano USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & Transformation in Oak Ridge, TN to lead the financial systems support team and modernize core operations. You will oversee ERP architecture, data readiness, and automation across Finance, HR, Quality and Operations, aligning with global Orano stakeholders.
The role requires 10+ years in enterprise financial systems, 5+ years of people leadership, and deep Costpoint and ERP experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
- 10+ years managing enterprise financial systems and multi‑entity applications.
- 5+ years mentoring and developing technical teams.
- Deep hands‑on knowledge of Costpoint, databases, HRIS, and QMS.
- Experience with ERP implementations across functional areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial systems support team with strong project execution.
- Define KPIs, workload structures, and development paths.
- Train teams on new tools, automation, and change management.
- Oversee architecture and integrations between Costpoint, SAP, and supporting systems.
- Drive data readiness, process optimization, and master data governance.
- Advise leadership on technology investments and lifecycle planning.
