Oak Ridge National Laboratory seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to optimize its ERP environment and support data-driven decision making. You will work across Oracle and SQL platforms to implement configurations, dashboards, and integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a research setting.

The role emphasizes agile development practices, user training, and ongoing system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and data governance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or related field with 8+ years' experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems including implementation, configuration, and user support.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes in ERP (MRP, BOM, Inventory).
• Proficient in SQL (Oracle or SQL Server).
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or similar.
• Experience with Oracle APEX or related apps.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and technical support for ERP and custom solutions, including report development and end-user assistance.
• Translate organizational needs into system requirements, specifications, and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, procedures, and integrations across Oracle or SQL Server.
• Build dashboards and data models to support analytics and insights.
• Develop and support Oracle APEX applications, workflows, and dashboards.
• Use scripting to automate enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in Agile sprints and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional units to identify process improvements.
• Support data governance, quality, and ERP data architecture initiatives.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, testing, documentation, and user training.
• Manage ERP integrations with other systems.
