Blue-Grace Logistics LLC is seeking a business analyst focused on system integrations in a logistics setting. You will bridge business and tech teams, ensuring data moves correctly between ERP, TMS, WMS, CRM, and financial tools.

You will document requirements, map data, and support API and EDI integration efforts, working with carriers and partners. Attention to data quality and test planning is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience with Microsoft 365, custom app development, or data analytics.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)—functional or integration.
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts and technologies (APIs, data formats).
• Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and EDI processes.
• Experience with integration or middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with SDLC and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess current-state processes and ERP/systems integrations.
• Gather and document integration requirements and data mappings.
• Define API interfaces and EDI transaction mappings.
• Onboard and test EDI/API connections with partners.
• Monitor integration health and triage failures.
• Create design artifacts: specs, data flows, diagrams.
• Support developers with functional clarification.
• Plan end-to-end testing including UAT.
