Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Accept and process customer orders.
• Review requirements and load information into the MRP system.
• Communicate material schedules and identify potential material shortages or problem parts.
• Provide readiness updates to internal teams.
• Maintain customer status updates through the RAIL spreadsheet.
• Manage the ECO process, including receiving customer documentation.
• Complete internal ECO documentation and ensure ECO before shipment.
