Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support inventory control, shipping coordination, and receiving operations. You will monitor inventory transactions, resolve discrepancies, and participate in process improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in inventory or warehouse roles, hands-on ERP/WMS experience, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Jira, Manufacturo).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large volumes of data.
Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google and data analysis tools for inventory tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain the integrity of inventory data within the ERP/WMS system, ensuring accuracy and real-time visibility for decision-making.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Process inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Support ERP inventory module functions, including data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize stock levels.
