Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
• 10+ years in Travel/Expense, Procurement, or Finance operations leadership.
• Proven record transforming T&E programs with automation and digital tools.
• Experience leading global programs and cross‑border transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead T&E transformation to a modern, automated, digital‑first experience.
• Define strategy and hands‑on execution for scalable governance and policy.
• Build global T&E roadmap with KPIs, dashboards, and change management.
• Oversee travel operations across air, hotel, transport, and meetings.
• Manage travel partners, supplier relationships, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Security, HR, AP, Payroll, and Finance Ops for end‑to‑end processes.
• Own T&E tech ecosystem (Emburse, Egencia, Ramp, Brex, AppZen) and integrations.
• Ensure policy governance, compliance, tax, data privacy, and audit readiness.
