Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an ERP Solution Delivery Manager to lead enterprise ERP and related applications implementations. You will manage client engagements, oversee project governance, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, and analysts.

You will maintain strong client relationships, manage scope and risks, deliver status updates, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of ERP solution delivery management experience including budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality.
• Experience with project planning, scoping and management.
• Experience with business process analysis & design and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strategic relationships with client personnel and senior management.
• Manage client expectations and communicate risks effectively to keep delivery on track.
• Lead project planning, updates, and governance.
• Maintain detailed work plans in Azure DevOps.
• Deliver regular status reports and steering committee presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate project teams.
