Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Manager, Industry Specialty Services responsible for maintaining client relationships and overseeing ERP consulting activities. The role focuses on ERP implementations for Unanet, managing integrations, and guiding assigned staff.

The position requires leadership, strong accounting knowledge, and experience with ERP systems and government contracting. You will work within a team to grow client engagements and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Five+ years of accounting/system-focused experience required.
• Familiarity with ERP implementations and industry best practices preferred.
• Experience with Unanet; preferred.
• Government contracting/nonprofit industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect ERP implementations for Unanet and lead projects.
• Manage technology integrations through project management and system knowledge.
• Use the BDO framework to manage project phases and liaise with clients.
• Oversee project management of implementation engagements for core offerings.
• Interpret compliance (FAR, CAS, GSA schedules) for ERP and technology.
• Assist in policy/procedure development for contracts, pricing, and BD activities.
• Supervise and train Associates and Senior Associates; provide feedback.
• Support business development through client networking and relationships.
