Job summary

Buddha Jewelry in Seattle is seeking a Systems Analyst to own the technology foundation powering our business. This role covers core business systems, data infrastructure, integrations, reporting, and vendor management.

You’ll work closely with leaders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Production, and Customer Experience to translate needs into practical technology solutions. You’ll collaborate with the Digital Workforce Manager to accelerate AI adoption and workflow automation, building a

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering and improving ERP and business systems.
• Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or similar enterprise business platforms.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and middleware.
• Experience designing reporting solutions and dashboards that support business decisions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering business requirements and managing technology projects.
• Able to work 100% on-site in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and continuous improvement of NetSuite, Shopify, and other business applications.
• Ensure business systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with operational needs.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ERP, eCommerce platforms, shipping, and third‑party systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve integration issues.
• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure and executive dashboards.
• Ensure data quality across systems.
