Qualifications

• Experience administering and improving ERP and business systems.
• Experience with NetSuite and Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and system integration.
• Experience designing dashboards and BI reporting for decision making.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage technology projects and gather business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and continuous improvement of NetSuite, Shopify, and other business apps.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ERP, ecommerce, shipping, and third‑party systems.
• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure and executive dashboards.
• Maintain data governance and master data quality across systems.
• Provide Tier 2 support and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop Statements of Work and manage vendor relationships.
• Contribute to the long‑term technology roadmap with business leaders.
