Job summary

Schuber Mitchell Homes is seeking a Systems Phase Analyst to ensure data integrity within the ERP for the Operations, Build, and Sales teams. You will validate product details, materials, schedules, and options across the assigned phase, communicating changes clearly to internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include monitoring data quality, maintaining material lists, and supporting workflow improvements.

Qualifications

Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills.
Ability to learn new software and use the ERP system.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Validate and maintain accurate data for products, materials, schedules, and other critical information within the ERP.
Monitor data quality and generate reports to identify and correct inconsistencies in the ERP.
Maintain material lists and oversee system responsibilities for the assigned phase.
Follow and maintain data standards, naming conventions, and data-entry guidelines.
Perform data-quality checks to prevent duplication or outdated information.
Support validation rule and workflow testing to ensure data integrity before changes go live.
Serve as a point of contact for system questions and coordinate with IT or vendors as needed.
Help ensure ERP usage aligns with field requirements and operational workflows.
Manage and audit material information, schedules, and options within the ERP.
