Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Data Entry - Sales Assistant for a contract position in Plymouth, MA. You will support sales operations, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure customer orders are processed accurately.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay of $23.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more; transit and holiday programs are also offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous administrative and order entry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and update customer orders in the ERP system.
• Update sales orders based on manufacturing schedules and customer changes.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information in ERP and CRM systems.
