Job summary

Alliance is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Visual ERP environment, focusing on data integrity, reporting, and process improvements. You will reconcile daily data, resolve inventory and financial anomalies, and train users on Infor Visual ERP.

Growth toward broader business analysis and collaboration across departments is expected. The role emphasizes hands-on data work, SQL querying, and building modern reports using tools like Power BI, SSRS, and Gupta.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years ERP system experience (any industry).
• Strong data fluency with relational database concepts.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing operations; no prior experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and in-office collaboration with analysts.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reconciliation queries across inventory, labor, and financials; resolve anomalies.
• Investigate data issues, decide when to fix or escalate.
• Test ERP functionality, validate fixes, and support rollouts.
• Manage ERP user setup, access, and licensing.
• Coordinate with SQL DBAs, IT, and service providers on test databases.
• Provide training on Infor Visual ERP functionality and best practices.
• Support month-end close with timely costing anomaly resolution.
• Develop and maintain reports using Excel, SSRS, Power BI, and Gupta.
• Write SQL Server queries; leverage AI-assisted tools as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define processes and improvements.
