Job summary

Guardian Glass in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Data Management Lead to shape the trusted data foundation for our ERP transformation. You will connect business processes to governed data definitions, conversion rules, quality controls, and reusable data products that support operations, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management, ERP implementation, data conversion, governance, master data, or data-product delivery.
• Experience translating business processes into data definitions, requirements, quality rules, controls, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting enterprise testing, data refreshes, cutover, go-live, or stabilization activities.
• Working knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, master data management, data quality, and data stewardship.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work among business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engagement to define master, reference, and transactional data for ERP deployment.
• Translate processes into governed data definitions, conversion rules, quality requirements, reconciliation criteria, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate data readiness through profiling, cleansing, testing, refreshes, cutover, production loading, and post-load validation.
• Lead assigned domains through the data-product lifecycle, from definition to ownership.
• Partner with Data Stewards, process owners, and technology teams to clarify ownership, resolve dependencies, and surface data risks.
• Validate that data products, semantic views, reports, and related consumption reflect approved meaning and logic.
• Drive standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement across ERP conversion, governance, and data-product delivery.
