Guardian Glass is seeking a Data Management Lead in Auburn Hills, MI to shape the trusted data foundation for our ERP transformation. You will connect business processes to governed data definitions, conversion rules, quality controls, and reusable data products that support operations, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will partner with data stewards, process owners, and technology teams across Guardian to drive data readiness, standardization, and ongoing data ownership

Qualifikationen

• Experience in data management and ERP implementation.
• Experience translating business processes into data definitions and rules.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional data activities and governance.
• Experience with data quality, metadata, lineage, and data stewardship.

Aufgaben

• Lead business and stakeholder engagement to define and validate master, reference, and transactional data for ERP deployment.
• Translate business processes into governed data definitions, conversion rules, quality requirements, reconciliation criteria, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate data readiness through profiling, cleansing, testing, refreshes, cutover, production loading, and post-load validation.
• Lead data-domain lifecycle from definition through validation, publication, and ongoing ownership.
• Partner with Data Stewards, process owners, and technology teams to clarify ownership and mitigate data risks.
• Validate data products, semantic views, reports, and consumption methods reflect approved business meaning.
• Drive standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement across ERP conversion, data governance, and data-product delivery.
