Guardian Glass in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Data Quality Engineer to build scalable controls and reporting that enhance the reliability of enterprise data. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to translate data challenges into measurable, scalable solutions supporting trusted decisions and Data Products.

You will join a global Data Quality team focused on improving data reliability, consistency and transparency across enterprise data initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Engineering, BI, Analytics Engineering, or related data-focused roles.
• Experience using SQL, Python, and Power BI to develop data, automation, or reporting solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain data quality controls that improve accuracy, consistency and reliability of critical business data.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate data requirements into measurable, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to definition and improvement of Data Products and governed data assets.
• Design and maintain Power BI reporting solutions showing data quality performance and business impact.
• Develop automation and technical solutions using SQL, Python and modern data tooling.
• Assist in Data Quality and Data Catalog applications and related platforms.
• Work with GitLab and GitHub in collaborative software development practices with code reviews and version control.
• Support CI/CD, testing and technical documentation to improve data processes.
