Job summary

TransTech Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Data Analyst – ERP & Master Data to lead the ERP data migration and governance as we consolidate to a single enterprise platform. You will own extraction, profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, mock loading and reconciliation of legacy data into IFS Cloud, driving business sign‑offs for data that will be used for a decade.

Post go‑live you become the owner of enterprise master data governance and data pipelines that feed Fabric and Power BI

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of the ERP data workstream on at least one full-lifecycle implementation.
• Advanced SQL and Excel required; Python/PySpark and Power Query preferred.
• Experience with master data management and governing data across multiple entities.
• Experience with ERP data structures (items, BOMs, routing, customers, vendors, inventory, GL).

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP data migration readiness and cutover activities with business data owners.
• Design and execute source-to-target mapping and data cleansing routines.
• Build data pipelines and models in Fabric, Synapse and Power BI artifacts.
• Establish governance for Item, Customer and Vendor master data post‑go‑live.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT leadership.
