Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analytics or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on data management, data architecture, and process optimization to enhance data integrity.
• Investigate data quality issues across processes with cross-functional partners to determine root causes and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and training teams to create documentation and SOPs addressing root causes.
• Test, validate, and execute data corrections ensuring accuracy and auditability.
• Audit and validate data following system migrations or updates for integrity and completeness.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports (ERP, Power BI) to track KPIs and enable data-driven decisions.
• Drive improvements in data confidence and readiness to support analytics initiatives.
