Job summary

Super Radiator Coils in Richmond, VA seeks an ERP Data Analytics & Insights Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across the ERP team. The role strengthens data management foundations, supports automation and AI initiatives, and improves data quality.

You will balance data cleanup with proactive quality improvements and collaborate with product managers, developers, and analysts. Initially, focus on data cleanup and quality improvements (roughly 50/50) while designing dashboards and KPIs to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on data management best practices to enhance data integrity
• Investigate data quality issues across processes with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and implement solutions
• Partner with analysts to ensure documentation, SOPs, and training address root causes
• Test, validate, and execute data corrections with high accuracy
• Audit data following system migrations to ensure integrity and reliability
• Define KPIs to measure data quality and confidence across people, processes, and systems
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports (ERP, Power BI) to track KPIs
• Support AI initiatives and data governance frameworks
• Travel up to 10% and work onsite daily
