Job summary

ERMCO is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to build executive dashboards and partner with leaders across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and IT to drive data-driven decisions. The role offers remote work within designated US states and relocation assistance.

You will design scalable analytics, standardize KPIs, and enhance data pipelines, enabling rapid, accurate business insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence building executive dashboards.
• 5+ years of data analysis in Microsoft Excel using advanced functions.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel capabilities applied to enterprise reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports for executive decision-making.
• Define and refine KPI metrics with functional leaders for enterprise consistency.
• Drive cross-functional reporting and insights with dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Support ad hoc reporting and improve data pipelines, automation, and self-service capabilities in Power BI.
• Develop semantic data models in Power BI with DAX measures, calculated columns, and relationships.
• Integrate external data sources to enrich analytics and context.
