Job summary
Edward Rose & Sons in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking an Enterprise Software Support Engineer to join our technology team. The role provides advanced support and troubleshooting for ERP and CRM software (Yardi Voyager, RentCafé CRM, RentCafé, Yardi Elevate, YardiOne, Aspire) and related applications, helping ensure smooth operations for property management assets.
You will work with the Enterprise Software Support Team Leader on configuration, testing, and documentation, and may participate in
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology related field or equivalent ERP/CRM experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Yardi and related applications.
- Experience with ERP/CRM in property management.
- Willing to work overtime and possible on-call hours.
- Willingness to travel to various locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day ERP/CRM support including password resets and ticket routing.
- Manage service requests and escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with technology team and other departments.
- Develop and implement new enterprise software programs.
- Create documentation for troubleshooting steps.
