Job summary

Five Star Recruiting and Staffing is seeking a Programming Analyst in Warsaw, IN to join its IT Business Solutions team. You will configure and support cloud-based ERP systems, develop web apps, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of programming or support experience, knowledge of ERP platforms, and strong communication skills. Office-based with occasional site visits to manufacturing areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of programming or application-support experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
• Experience with RF Smart or similar inventory/warehouse apps is a plus.
• Strong SQL, Java, XML, and web development tool knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and enhance cloud-based ERP applications like Oracle Fusion.
• Support and configure barcode/inventory applications.
• Develop and maintain web-based apps, integrations, and SQL-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot software issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and document them.
• Participate in IT projects, defining scope, timelines, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across IT.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by IT leadership.
