A long-established manufacturing organization in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Programming Analyst to join its IT Business Solutions team. This company operates in a highly regulated, global industry and relies on modern cloud-based systems to support production, logistics, and business operations. The Programmer Analyst will play a key role in strengthening system performance, improving processes, and supporting end users across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and enhance cloud-based ERP applications (Oracle Fusion or similar).
• Support and configure barcode/inventory applications.
• Develop and maintain web-based applications, integrations, and SQL-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot software issues and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve problems.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions through effective communication and documentation.
• Participate in IT projects, contributing to scope definition, timelines, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the IT environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by IT leadership.
