OCD Anxiety Centers California LLC is seeking a licensed clinician to deliver ERP-focused care in an intensive outpatient program. You will lead exposure work, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with families and the treatment team to support client progress.

The role requires an advanced degree in a behavioral health field and an active license. Strong documentation, risk assessment, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this fast-paced program.

Formación

• Master's degree in a behavioral health, counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical field.
• Active license or associate license as permitted by state law and policy.
• Experience with OCD, anxiety, ERP, CBT, DBT skills, group therapy, family work, and intensive outpatient treatment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical services including groups, individual sessions, family work, exposure coaching, and risk assessment.
• Create and update exposure lists and response-prevention plans aligned with client goals.
• Lead exposure-focused groups and skills groups per company standards.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation on time.
• Coordinate with treatment teams, admissions, and families to support progress.
