Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies seeks an IT Applications Manager in Wisconsin to lead a team of analysts, architects and consultants. You will drive ERP improvements across Dynamics AX/365 Finance & Operations, manage cross-functional projects, and guide process alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities include project leadership for ERP integrations, standards development, and collaboration with business and tech leaders to ensure successful delivery of application upgrades and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or similar technical discipline desired.
• 10+ years ERP deployment/maintenance experience; Dynamics AX/365 preferred, others considered.
• 7+ years implementing and operating enterprise applications across multiple tech footprints.
• Deep knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Multi-Company ERP support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with database structure and relationship modeling.
• Knowledge of Management Reporter, EDI, SSRS, and Data Warehousing is desirable.
• Strong business process, application configuration, troubleshooting and ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and end-user support for ERP Systems (Dynamics AX/365).
• Ensure alignment of business system solutions with goals and processes.
• Manage systems integration projects and ERP-related acquisitions.
• Provide leadership for the application team and external consultants.
• Establish standards and documentation for configuration and integration.
• Oversee enterprise services design, configuration, integration, and maintenance.
• Participate in major software and support contract negotiations.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements and resolve issues.
• Review and improve existing business applications and strategies.
