Information and Technology Services (ITS) is looking for an ERP Business Systems Analyst to join the Human Capital Management (HCM) team within ITS.
We support U‑M faculty, researchers, staff, and students in their use of technology to teach, learn, research, and work, and be leaders in their fields. We are dedicated to creating cohesive digital experiences and promoting university wide innovations.
As an ERP Business Systems Analyst specializing in human resources (HR), you will be involved in all aspects of the process, including the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management module. Your expertise in business analysis and HR‑related systems will help maintain the hire‑to‑retire programs, compliance with relevant regulations, and optimize our HR operations. You will be part of an enthusiastic and supportive team that prides itself on ensuring the highest level of accuracy and customer service to the University community. You will report to the Assistant Director of HCM Systems.
Hybrid and remote options are available for this position as long as you reside full‑time in the United States.
The target salary range for the Intermediate level is $73,600 to $80,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Modes of Work
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Flexible work arrangements are available and the position is remote or hybrid, based in Ann Arbor, MI, requiring some days on site due to the collaborative nature of the team. Details can be worked out with the hiring manager. May also require on‑call availability and working during non‑business hours.
