Job summary

IMF is seeking a contractual Business Analyst to support ERP financial applications (PeopleSoft Financials and related ERP platforms) used for corporate finance and related processes. The role collaborates with business and tech teams to define requirements, analyze processes, test, and drive modernization including governed AI capabilities.

Strong ERP BA experience and disciplined documentation are essential.

Qualifications

Experience supporting ERP financials/applications in large organizations.
Hands-on PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP platform experience.
Strong understanding of financial management and ERP requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into delivery artifacts.
Experience with testing, release readiness, and deployment validation.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document ERP requirements for enhancements.
Develop process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
Assess risks, gaps, and impacts to prioritize solutions.
Support system and user acceptance testing with business users.
Coordinate release readiness, planning, and communications.
Collaborate with product owners, platform teams, and vendors.
Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes via configuration and automation.
Evaluate AI-enabled use cases for business value and governance.
