viaPhoton is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/ERP Consultant to bridge business teams and ERP systems. You will gather requirements, configure ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and drive successful implementations that align with business goals.

You will analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with data stakeholders on migrations and integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant with implementation experience.
• Experience with ERP concepts and SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certification in CBAP, CCBA or ERP systems is a plus.

About the Role

You'll be the bridge between our business teams and our ERP system, gathering requirements, solving process challenges, and leading successful implementations. If you like understanding how businesses work and translating that into technical solutions, you'll find real impact here.

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Configure and customize ERP systems to align with business needs and proven practices
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• Partner with data stakeholders on clean migrations and accurate system integrations
• Develop data models, mappings, and transformations to support migration, integration, and reporting
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

What You'll Bring

• Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have 3+ years as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant with implementation experience
• Know ERP manufacturing concepts and have worked with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
• Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Know Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Have certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or ERP systems (a plus, but not required)
