Job summary

viaPhoton is redefining ERP implementations by bridging business needs and technology. We seek a Business Analyst/ERP Consultant to gather requirements, tailor ERP systems, and drive successful migrations and reports.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze processes, and optimize data flows to enable rapid decision-making. The role emphasizes strong communication, ERP expertise across SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/NetSuite, and knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant with implementation experience.
• Experience with ERP manufacturing concepts and SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/NetSuite.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• ERP certification (CBAP/CCBA) or ERP systems certification a plus.

About the Role

You’ll be the bridge between our business teams and our ERP system, gathering requirements, solving process challenges, and leading successful implementations. If you like understanding how businesses work and translating that into technical solutions, you’ll find real impact here.

What You’ll Bring

• Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have 3+ years as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant with implementation experience
• Know ERP manufacturing concepts and have worked with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
• Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Know Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Have certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or ERP systems (a plus, but not required)
