Job summary

viaPhoton is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to bridge business teams and our ERP system. You will gather requirements, configure ERP solutions, analyze processes, and drive migrations and integrations to enable accurate reporting.

Your background includes a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in ERP/BA roles, and experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite. Onsite in Naperville, IL with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business/IT field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant with implementation experience.
• Familiarity with ERP concepts and experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• BA/ERP certifications (CBAP/CCBA) or ERP certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Configure and customize ERP systems to align with business needs and best practices.
• Analyze existing processes and identify automation and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with data stakeholders on clean migrations and accurate system integrations.
• Develop data models, mappings, and transformations to support migration, integration, and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role

You’ll be the bridge between our business teams and our ERP system, gathering requirements, solving process challenges, and leading successful implementations. If you like understanding how businesses work and translating that into technical solutions, you’ll find real impact here.

What You’ll Bring

• Know ERP manufacturing concepts and have worked with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
• Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Know Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Have certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or ERP systems (a plus, but not required)
