• Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of solutions to boost operational efficiency.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to guarantee system changes meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex issues, guiding them to resolution.
• Support the VP of Business Systems in managing business system vendors to ensure top-notch service and performance.
• Provide comprehensive reports on billing, revenue management, procurement, and manufacturing.
