Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an experienced Production Control & Material Management Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end production planning, BOM management, EO management, and ERP master data governance. You will coordinate procurement, inventory control, and supplier performance while aligning with customers and cross-functional teams to secure a stable supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
5+ years of experience in production control, procurement, or supply chain (automotive preferred).
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SAP MM preferred.
Experience with supplier management and cost control.
Knowledge of import/export processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production planning, including daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
Manage BOM, EO, and master data governance in ERP systems.
Oversee CKD/Local procurement, supplier selection, and cost optimization.
Monitor KPIs such as yield, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover; drive improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional activities with customers, logistics, and finance to ensure supply stability.
Supervise Production Control & Material Management team members and provide coaching.
