Job summary

Benefit Harbor in Plano, Texas is seeking a Benefits & Activation Manager to lead the ERP Operations team. You will oversee implementations, configuration, and ongoing administration of benefits technology and carrier file integrations, reporting to the VP of ERP Operations.

Responsibilities include team development, project management, quality assurance, and ensuring client satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts. Strong leadership, benefits knowledge, and SQL/ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of management or team leadership experience.
• Experience with client-facing implementations and benefits operations.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and cross-functional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ERP Operations team across Client Services & Activation roles.
• Oversee implementations, renewals, and system configurations for a portfolio of clients.
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and ERP partners to resolve issues.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
